Authorities in northern Israel have alerted residents to expect the sounds of explosions in the coming hours as Israeli forces conduct a series of preemptive strikes and controlled demolitions along the Lebanese border. The sounds are anticipated to be audible throughout the Upper Galilee, Hula Valley, and Golan Heights. The regional council emphasized that public safety guidelines remain unchanged.
