Netanyahu referenced recent statements by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Iran's attempts to restart its nuclear program. "President Trump announced tonight that Iran is trying to rearm with nuclear weapons, this is true," Netanyahu stated. "After we destroyed their immediate capability to produce nuclear bombs, they are trying again." He reiterated his commitment, saying, "I promise you here, at the Western Wall, ahead of Rosh Hashanah: as long as I am prime minister, Iran will not have nuclear weapons."

These statements gain further significance in light of Netanyahu's recent cryptic remarks. When asked about his whereabouts on Rosh Hashanah, he responded, "It's a secret, I can't tell you because... you will hear about it," fueling speculation about his intentions.

Reports also emerged today indicating Iran has resumed limited ballistic missile production, including in underground facilities.
