Teen Charged for Assaulting Disabled Palestinian Near Hebron
Police prosecutors have filed an indictment against a 16-year-old resident of the Avigail settlement near Hebron, who was filmed assaulting a Palestinian man who had lost a leg. The suspect and another individual allegedly arrived on a stolen tractor without a license near the victim's home. The teen was arrested last month. Investigators believe the accused threatened the Palestinian while holding a metal pipe, ordering him to move aside. He then allegedly pushed the victim with his left leg and attacked him.
The indictment also notes that the suspect has two prior criminal records for violence and property damage offenses from the current year.
