Goni Naor Linked With Move to Hapoel Ramat Gan
Maccabi Haifa midfielder Goni Naor is reportedly a candidate to join Hapoel Ramat Gan, a newly promoted team, before the transfer window closes. The 27-year-old player, who is not in Maccabi Haifa coach Elisha Levy's plans, is also in discussions with Ironi Tiberias.
Naor spent the latter half of last season on loan at Greece's Larissa and has only played for Maccabi Haifa in the Toto Cup derby this season. If the transfer to Hapoel Ramat Gan materializes, Naor would follow teammate Getachew Yablo, who also moved from Maccabi Haifa to the newly promoted club this summer. Another Maccabi Haifa player, Sharif Keuf, was also expected to join Hapoel Ramat Gan, but the move was halted due to injury.
Hapoel Ramat Gan is looking to strengthen its midfield before the transfer window deadline.
