Aura Group Launches Third Urban Renewal Project in Yehud-Monosson

Aura Group has commenced its third urban renewal project in Yehud-Monosson, Israel, with the launch of Aura Square Yehud-Monosson. This new development involves the demolition of existing buildings at the Weizmann 48-52 complex and will result in the construction of 300 new housing units across five modern buildings. The project also includes plans for an internal courtyard, a gym, a children's play area, and community-oriented commercial spaces, aiming to create a comprehensive urban living environment.

Aura Group has been active in Yehud-Monosson for over a decade, with its first project, Aura Ha'Ganim Ha'Taluiim, already completed and housing approximately 900 families. Its second project, Aura Link Yehud-Monosson, which will contain 444 housing units, is currently under construction and sales. The initiation of Aura Square signifies a broader urban renewal initiative by the company in the city, transforming its involvement from individual projects to a cohesive urban development strategy.

The architectural design for Aura Square is being handled by Kika Baraz Architects, and the construction will be carried out by Megido, a subsidiary of Aura Group. The company highlighted that the three projects together create a continuum of renewal in the city, connecting residential, commercial, and service elements to enhance the quality of life for residents. The developments are strategically located near the Purple Line of the light rail and provide easy access out of the city.

Company representatives expressed gratitude to the Yehud-Monosson Municipality and other partners for their collaboration in advancing the city's renewal.
