Aura Group Launches Major Urban Renewal Project in Yehud

Aura Group has commenced its third urban renewal project in Yehud-Monosson, named Aura Square. Located at Weizmann Street 48-52, the project involves demolishing existing buildings to construct five new modern structures. This initiative will replace 76 existing housing units with 300 new ones, alongside amenities such as an internal courtyard, gym, playroom, and community-focused commercial spaces. The project is being executed by Megido, a subsidiary of Aura Group, with architectural design by Kika Braz Architects.

Aura Group has been active in Yehud-Monosson for over a decade, having previously developed the "Hanging Gardens of Yehud" project, which comprises approximately 900 housing units and is now a fully populated neighborhood. Their second project, Aura Link Yehud-Monosson, includes 444 housing units and is currently under construction and marketing.

The launch of Aura Square signifies a comprehensive urban renewal effort by Aura Group in the city, connecting residential, commercial, and service areas to create a high-quality living environment. The company sees this as a continuation of its long-term belief in Yehud-Monosson's potential for growth and attracting quality residents.

Yehud-Monosson Mayor Amnon Sa'ad highlighted the city's accelerated development and construction phase, noting the municipality's work on infrastructure alongside new construction in the city center. He expressed satisfaction in facilitating the residents' move to new, modern, and protected homes within a pleasant living environment. Sa'ad also thanked the municipal engineering and urban renewal departments for their efforts in streamlining processes and prioritizing permits for renewal projects.
