Odeya Azulai Addresses Rumors, Releases New EP

Israeli singer Odeya Azulai has released a new five-song EP titled "HaShem Azar" (God Helped). Within the new tracks, Azulai addresses rumors surrounding her, particularly in the song "Nimshechet Le'atzmi" (I'm Attracted to Myself). In the lyrics, she sings, "You know what else I realized, that I'm not attracted to girls, and I'm not attracted to boys, and I always knew that... I'm attracted to myself." She adds playfully, "Now seriously, I'd put a ring on myself."

Azulai also released the song "Dylan *3898," which features the phone number of the Michal Sela Forum, an organization dedicated to helping victims of domestic violence. The song was co-written and composed by Azulai and Avi Ohayon, from the perspective of a woman in an abusive relationship. The lyrics include the lines, "And sometimes she calculates how half a life has passed, she lies to herself inside."

Azulai stated that the song aims to raise awareness about domestic violence and direct women in need to assistance. She wrote, "We wrote the song 'Dylan *3898,' Avi Ohayon, Matan Dror, and I.
