Joint List Submits Knesset Candidate Slate
The Joint List, an alliance of Arab-majority political parties, has submitted its list of candidates for the upcoming Knesset elections. The list includes the parties Hadash, Ta'al, and Balad.
A statement from the party declared its objective is to "raise the voter turnout and turn the power of Arab society into a political force that cannot be ignored."
The submission deadline for party lists to the Central Elections Committee was Saturday night. The Joint List aims to consolidate the Arab vote and increase its political influence within Israel.
