Miri Adelson's Daughter-in-Law Wears Viviane Westwood at Lavish Desert Wedding
The Adelson family, led by billionaire Miriam Adelson, celebrated the wedding of Matan Adelson, owner of the Hapoel Jerusalem basketball team, to Yahav Haliba. The lavish event took place in the Arava desert.
Yasmin Lukatz, Matan Adelson's sister-in-law and a prominent figure known for her fashion sense, garnered attention for her choice of attire. She wore a custom-designed gown by Israeli fashion designer Viviane Westwood. The dress was a flowing, floor-length creation in a warm nude-camel hue, featuring dramatic puffed shoulders, fitted sleeves with small lace fans, and a deep plunging neckline with corset-like lacing and delicate lace.
The gown was adorned with ornamental prints in green, burgundy, and black, evoking tribal symbols and hand-painted motifs that complemented the desert setting. The design incorporated vertical seams and cut lines to accentuate the body, leading to a soft, expanding skirt. The symmetrical patterns and intricate details lent the dress a bohemian, folkloric, and couture aesthetic.
Lukatz's styling was managed by Liat Ashuri, who also selected long, dangling earrings from Keren Wolf. Her hair was styled by Yossi Nachmias, and her makeup, focusing on a warm, dramatic eye look, was done by Eran Israeli.
