Reality Star Sues Ex-Partner for $220,000 Over Defamation

Reality television personality Tom Khaimov, known for his appearances on "Big Brother" and "Love New," has filed a defamation lawsuit seeking 800,000 shekels (approximately $220,000) against his former business partner, Yuval Goldiak. The lawsuit follows a recent investigative report by "Chasifa" that featured Khaimov and highlighted serious allegations against Goldiak from several women concerning security camera footage at their shared nightclub.

According to the lawsuit, filed by attorney Ron Levintal, Goldiak allegedly engaged in a planned "campaign of slander" against Khaimov. Khaimov claims Goldiak attempted to publicly link him to the security camera incident and spread false reports to media outlets suggesting a criminal investigation was underway against him. Khaimov asserts no such investigation occurred and that he proactively addressed the matter with authorities.

Khaimov alleges that Goldiak's actions were an attempt to divert public attention and criticism away from himself and the allegations made against him in the "Chasifa" report. This legal action is the latest in a series of ongoing disputes between the two former partners.

A representative for Tom Khaimov stated, "It is time to clear my name completely. For a long time, they have tried to tarnish me and drag my name into a scandal that is not mine, to divert the fire from the one who truly needs to be held accountable. The truth will come out in court."

Yuval Goldiak's representative dismissed the lawsuit as "a recycled and baseless claim with no substance, whose sole purpose is to generate media headlines and attempt to exert illegitimate pressure. The claims will be rejected in court, where the facts will be revealed as they are."
