Taissia Files Defamation Lawsuit Over Online Hate Campaign in South Israel

Taissia Zemolotsky, one of the complainants against singer Eyal Golan in the "Social Games" case, has filed a defamation and sexual harassment lawsuit with her partner against a man from southern Israel. The defendant, who calls himself "King of Ticklers, Minister of War" on TikTok, posted a video insulting Taissia by calling her a "Russian goy who eats pork." In the same video, he claimed to have been in Ukraine and made crude remarks about women there. He also threatened her with prison, saying, "Just as you could be sent to 20 years in jail for nothing but lies, you will enter 20 years in prison."

The plaintiffs accuse the man of portraying them as extortionists based on recordings of Taissia and another woman, N., which were leaked from Koda Communications' studio, a company partially owned by Eyal Golan. Represented by attorney Ohad Shamir, Taissia and her partner are demanding 170,000 shekels in damages. Shamir stated that freedom of expression does not grant the right to humiliate, defame, or spread falsehoods against someone who has endured one of the country's most traumatic cases. He emphasized that this is the first lawsuit and that further legal actions are being considered against other publications and individuals involved in spreading defamatory content.

This lawsuit is connected to the ongoing legal proceedings against Eyal Golan, with the prosecution recently ordering further investigation. The case continues to attract public and legal attention as new developments unfold.
