IDF Eliminates Palestinian Attacker After West Bank Stabbing
Israeli soldiers killed the Palestinian assailant who carried out a stabbing attack near the village of Azzun in the Samaria Brigade area. The attacker stabbed an Israeli civilian and fled the scene. IDF forces launched a search operation and set up roadblocks in the area.
IDF soldiers located the suspect near his vehicle in the vicinity of the village of Idna. The attacker attempted to stab the soldiers, at which point a company commander from the 411th Battalion responded by opening fire and neutralizing him.
The stabbing occurred in the area of Azzun, a village within the Samaria region of the West Bank. The identity of the Israeli victim was not immediately released, but they were reportedly injured in the attack.
