Reality Star Gal Gvaram Defends Her Body Against Online Critics

Israeli reality television personality and actress Gal Gvaram has responded to criticism following a recent social media post. Gvaram, who recently returned to the public eye in the second season of the micro-drama "When the Waves Get Stronger," shared a photo of herself in a bikini in a car, brushing her teeth. The image sparked a wave of reactions, prompting Gvaram to address her critics via Instagram Stories on Sunday.

Gvaram expressed frustration with the public's perception of her body, questioning why she is labeled "cheap and provocative" when perceived as thin, but faces scrutiny over her body when she feels comfortable with her appearance. She recalled that even when she was thinner, she felt it was "terrible," and now, when her stomach is visible, she faces comments about how she "allows herself" to post such images.

"I feel worthy! And this is what a body that has been through a lot looks like," Gvaram stated. She explained that she has learned to love aspects of herself she previously disliked and eats what she desires. Gvaram concluded by asserting that she will disregard others' opinions and focus on her own well-being, stating, "And all your opinions can stay with yourselves, and I will stay with my eating disorders. You are very worthy, Mrs. Gal, at any weight."
