Lebanese President Urges US Action to Halt Israeli Strikes

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has called on the United States to take urgent action to stop Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon. He emphasized that the ongoing attacks are exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and threatening regional stability.

Aoun stated that Lebanon is facing a dangerous situation due to the continuous raids and that American intervention is now a pressing necessity to halt the escalation. He stressed that Washington bears a special responsibility in pressuring Israel to cease its military operations, given its influential role in the region.
