Israeli Soccer Players Compete in MLS Matches Amidst League Action
Several Israeli soccer players participated in Major League Soccer (MLS) games over the weekend, with mixed results for their teams. Dor Turgeman played 79 minutes for the New England Revolution in their 2-1 loss to LA Galaxy. He was substituted by Wilson Harris, a former player for Maccabi Netanya. Eilai Feingold also saw action for New England, coming off the bench for the final six minutes.
In another match, Liel Abada and Idan Toklomati played for Charlotte FC in their 0-0 home draw against Houston Dynamo. Abada was substituted in the 70th minute, and Toklomati in the 75th minute.
The match involving Thai Baribo and D.C. United against FC Cincinnati was postponed due to severe weather conditions, which rendered the pitch unplayable.
Elsewhere, Ran Benjamin played the final fifteen minutes in FC Dallas's dramatic 4-3 victory over Kansas City. Additionally, Or Blorian played the full 90 minutes in the same game.
