Gan Yavne Integrates Interactive Screens in Kindergarten Classrooms

The local council of Gan Yavne, through its education department, has completed an initial project to install advanced interactive screens from the company Next Touch in eight mandatory kindergartens across the town. This initiative marks the first phase of a gradual plan to equip all mandatory kindergartens with advanced technologies designed to support innovative and experiential learning.

The screens have been specifically adapted for the needs of young children, enabling an integrated approach to play, creativity, and active digital learning that encourages curiosity and skill development. The systems were installed equitably across the different educational streams in the town, based on the number of kindergartens: four screens were placed in state education kindergartens, two in state-religious education kindergartens, and two in special education kindergartens.

The local council and the education department expressed pride in leading pedagogical innovation, emphasizing their continued commitment to upgrading learning environments and developing advanced technological tools for children from their earliest stages in the education system.
