Haredi Rabbis Mark Milestones and Celebrations Across Jewish World

Across various Jewish communities, several prominent rabbis and their followers have been engaged in significant religious and communal events. In Antwerp, Belgium, the wedding of the son of the Rebbe of Riminov, who is also the son-in-law of the Rebbe of Komenar, was celebrated with thousands of Hasidim in attendance. The event included participation from local rabbis, notably Rabbi Aaron Schiff, the chief rabbi of Antwerp.

In Jerusalem, the Rebbe of Satmar celebrated the wedding of his grandson, while in Bnei Brak, the Rebbe of Vizhnitz Monsey concluded a visit to Israel with a series of public appearances and blessings. The Rebbe of Vizhnitz also inaugurated an expansion of his temporary main synagogue in Bnei Brak.

Other notable events included the funeral of the elderly Rebbe of Komenar of Manhattan, who was laid to rest in Jerusalem, attended by thousands of his followers, including the Rebbe of Gur. The Rebbe of Biala Ostrowa also passed away in the US and was buried in Jerusalem.

Additionally, the Rebbe of Strikov marked 25 years since the passing of his grandfather with a celebratory gathering. The Rebbe of Magen Avot, known as the "wandering Rebbe," visited Modi'in Illit to strengthen the community. The Rebbe of Kretschneff Jerusalem was credited with a miraculous intervention in a Belgian court case involving a European Jewish resident.

In other community news, the Rebbe of Nadvorna Jerusalem officiated at a fundraising dinner in Beitar Illit, and the Rebbe of Lelov-Nikolshburg spent Shabbat in Arad. The Rebbe of Pinsk Karlin celebrated the wedding of his grandson, and the Rebbe of Vizhnitz in Ofakim inaugurated a new kindergarten wing and appointed a new rabbi for the community.
