Three Jewish Youths Arrested for Suspected Violence Against Palestinians
Israeli police arrested three additional Jewish suspects, aged 15 to 22, early this morning in connection with extremist violence against Palestinians in the southern Hebron Hills region. Police investigations reportedly focus on several recent incidents, including arson and attacks targeting Palestinians and their property. The arrests follow the detention of seven other suspects yesterday, whose remand has been extended by a court as the investigation continues.
In a separate but related incident, Palestinian sources reported that settlers entered the town of Beita, south of Nablus, at dawn and set fire to several vehicles. These events occur amid a rise in settler-perpetrated attacks and violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
