Tel Aviv toast festival serves 30 hot, crispy variations at Port Chef 2026
A new mini food festival called "Hakol Toast" is opening as part of the Port Chef 2026 food event at Tel Aviv Port. The toast-focused showcase is dedicated to the combination of a hot, crisp outer layer and a melted filling, and organizers say it will present 30 different toast variations. The event is being held at Shuk HaNamal, at Tel Aviv Port, through June 18, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The festival’s menu reaches beyond ordinary sandwiches into pastries and street foods from around the world. Among the items listed are a muffuletta in a toaster, Beirut-style kaak with melted cheese, hot Azerbaijani kutab, Turkish boyos, corned beef toast, roast beef bruschetta, French truffle toast, and chocolate s’mores toast for dessert.
Participants include David Bakery, chef Moti Yedvabeyev, Noa Einat, Clara’s Bourekas, Nona Mufleta, Kanafeh Kaak, La Fromagerie, Ron Shirazi, IWO’S Butchery, Magulgalvach, and The Cheese Guys of Batzi, along with other businesses from Shuk HaNamal. The article presents the event as a likely annual tradition and says visitors should come hungry.
