Reflecting on his move to Maccabi Tel Aviv, Golasa credited Jordi Cruyff for his recruitment and acknowledged the strong connection he felt with the club's fans, who supported him through injuries and difficult times. He also touched upon his limited appearances for the Israeli national team, attributing them to recurring injuries that clubs feared would worsen.

Looking back, Golasa identified Maccabi Haifa's Champions League campaign, particularly the matches against Aktobe, Bayern Munich, and Juventus, as the highlight of his career. He also praised Dimitar Berbatov, his former teammate at PAOK Thessaloniki, as the greatest player he ever played alongside, noting Berbatov's exceptional ball retention.
