Two Men Killed and One Severely Injured in North Israel Car Crash Near Lapidot

Two private vehicles collided on Road 854 near the Lapidot settlement in northern Israel on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of two men in their 30s. A third man, also around 30 years old, was critically injured with multiple severe injuries and was transported to the hospital in a semi-conscious state. The police closed the road in both directions following the accident.

Magen David Adom paramedics Edi Zugot, Lior Padida, and Ibrahim Khalaila reported finding one man unconscious, without pulse or breathing, with severe bodily injuries, and another trapped inside a vehicle in a similar critical condition. Despite resuscitation efforts, both men were pronounced dead at the scene. The third victim received urgent medical care and was evacuated by intensive care ambulance.

This incident follows a fatal crash earlier this month near Beit Shemesh, where two men in their 40s died and a woman was moderately injured after a head-on collision on Road 383 south of Zekharia. Emergency responders confirmed the deaths at the scene in that case as well.
