Samsung Launches Galaxy S26 FE With Premium Features at Accessible Price
Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S26 FE, a more affordable addition to its flagship S26 series that delivers high-end features and the new One UI 9 interface. The device comes pre-installed with Android 17 and offers advanced AI capabilities tailored to daily usage. It features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,900 nits.
The Galaxy S26 FE is powered by the Exynos 2500 processor built on a 3-nanometer architecture, paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options up to 512GB. It includes a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is 12MP with an 85-degree wide angle. Samsung has integrated smart video tracking and stabilization features, including My FanCam and Super Steady with horizontal lock.
Battery capacity stands at 4,900mAh with a significant upgrade to 45W fast charging, capable of reaching 69% charge in about 30 minutes, alongside wireless charging support. The phone is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and comes in three colors: Deep Blue, Charcoal Gray, and Pistachio Green.
Samsung promises seven years of software updates and security patches. Buyers will also receive six months free of Google AI Pro services, including 5TB of cloud storage. The Galaxy S26 FE will launch globally on September 4, 2026, and arrive in Israel on September 11, 2026, available through Samsung stores, mobile carriers, and authorized resellers. Prices in Israel start at 2,299 ILS for the 128GB model, 2,649 ILS for 256GB, and 3,299 ILS for 512GB, positioning it as a competitive flagship alternative under 4,000 ILS.
