U.S. and Iran Reportedly Sign Memorandum of Understanding
A senior American official said Monday in a briefing to reporters that the United States and Iran have signed a dramatic memorandum of understanding, with the signatures of President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
