The Israeli Ministry of Transport has initiated a refund campaign for passengers who held monthly or student transit passes during the period of the "Roaring Lion" conflict. Refund amounts will be calculated automatically based on the days when public transportation services were reduced. Passengers with monthly passes can choose among several compensation options: loading a daily pass equivalent to their original monthly pass for the affected days, receiving a discount on their next monthly pass purchase, or loading stored value onto their Rav-Kav card equal to 70% of the value for the days with reduced service.

Refunds can be claimed through the Hop-On and Rav-Kav online platforms, at Rav-Kav loading machines located in various businesses nationwide, or by phone at 03-7207406. This initiative aims to compensate commuters for the disruption caused by the conflict, ensuring flexibility in how they receive their refunds.
