On Monday, July 19, 2025, Israel experiences a slight cooldown in summer temperatures, particularly in the mountainous regions and inland areas, with temperatures dipping slightly below seasonal averages. Partial cloud cover is expected, and light drizzle or localized rain may occur in northern Israel and along the coastal plain until midday. Despite this relative relief, significant heat stress warnings remain in effect for various regions.

A red alert for heat stress is issued for the Jordan Valley and northern Arava between 12:00 and 19:00. Orange alerts cover the Beit She'an Valley, Kinneret Basin, northern Judean Desert, Dead Sea, Eilat Bay, southern Arava, and southern Judean Desert. Yellow alerts are in place for areas including the Zevulun Valley, central and southern coastal plains, northern Shfela, northern Samaria, southern Golan, eastern Lower Galilee, Hula Valley, Jezreel Valley, Shfela, northeastern Samaria, the Negev, and the Eilat Mountains.

Tuesday is forecasted to remain partly cloudy with a further slight temperature drop in the mountains and inland, still below typical seasonal levels. By Wednesday, morning clouds are expected to clear, leading to pleasant weather with a slight temperature rise in the mountains and inland.

Expected temperatures for Monday include Jerusalem at 20-29°C, Tel Aviv-Yafo 27-31°C, Haifa 25-30°C, Kiryat Shmona 22-34°C, Safed 19-29°C, Tiberias 23-35°C, Ashdod 26-31°C, Beersheba 24-33°C, Mitzpe Ramon 21-32°C, and Eilat 29-40°C.
