New details have emerged in the search for Mally Yehulomi, 50, and her daughter Liel, 23, who disappeared about a week ago during a vacation in Vienna. Security cameras captured the two leaving their apartment alone, carrying their belongings, with no one else seen accompanying them. Their last known phone location was near Vienna's central train station on Saturday morning, approximately a 20-minute walk from their lodging.
Authorities are now reviewing surveillance footage around the train station to trace their movements after arrival. Investigators are considering the possibility that Mally and Liel boarded a train to an unknown destination, prompting the search to expand beyond Austria to other European countries. Efforts continue to reconstruct their route since contact was lost.
Israeli and Austrian investigators remain hopeful that the mother and daughter are alive, keeping all scenarios open. Despite a week passing without contact, the key question remains: where did Mally and Liel go after leaving their apartment and reaching the train station area? The investigation is ongoing with intensified cross-border cooperation to locate them.
