Nemanja Vucicevic, a former attacking midfielder for Hapoel Tel Aviv, has embarked on a surprising new career path in the United States. Vucicevic joined Hapoel in 2009 and was part of the squad that won the double that season, making a memorable impact despite his brief tenure. He scored notable goals, including a spectacular strike against Hapoel Be'er Sheva and another against Celtic in the Europa League. However, before the 12th round of that season, Vucicevic suffered a leg injury that sidelined him for the remainder of the campaign. This injury inadvertently paved the way for Eran Zahavi to rise to prominence in the Israeli Premier League. Despite his short stay, Vucicevic remains a memorable figure for Hapoel fans. Recently, he was photographed with Vucic, highlighting his successful transition abroad.
