Israeli actor Orel Tzabari experienced a sudden medical crisis on Sunday morning when he woke up at 7 a.m. with severe pain, describing it as unbearable and debilitating. He shared the ordeal on Instagram Stories, explaining to his followers, especially those who had purchased tickets for the opening night of his play "Around the World in 80 Days," that he had to rush to a family doctor who referred him to the emergency room. After extensive tests and strong painkillers, doctors discovered a tiny kidney stone about one millimeter in size causing the intense pain.

Tzabari apologized to the audience who came to see the first performance, from which he had to withdraw. Despite the diagnosis and the pain, and with no immediate treatment other than waiting for the stone to pass naturally, he resolved to attend the second show that evening. With his wife Sivan driving, he managed to arrive and perform on stage. Sivan posted on Instagram expressing disbelief that just an hour earlier he had been lying in a hospital bed on morphine.

Fans and followers hope the kidney stone has passed or is on its way out and are relieved that Tzabari is feeling better. His determination to perform despite the medical emergency embodies the spirit of "The Show Must Go On."
