Thousands Discover New Entertainment Venues in Benjamin Regional Council This Summer

This summer, the Benjamin Regional Council in the West Bank hosted an extensive series of cultural events and festivals, attracting thousands of visitors not only from local communities but also from Jerusalem and central Israel. For the first time, large-scale concerts were held alongside wine and beer festivals, transforming the area into a vibrant cultural and leisure destination.

Highlights included performances by prominent Israeli artists such as Ishay Ribo, who inaugurated the new amphitheater in Talmonim, Mark Eliyahu at the historic Shiloh site, the band Tipex at Psagot Winery, and Jimbo J at a newly opened bar in Shaar Benjamin. The events combined live music with visits to wineries, bars, and tourist sites across the council.

The Benjamin Regional Council views this summer's cultural season as a milestone in the development of local leisure life, complementing growth in settlement, employment, and infrastructure. The council emphasized that residents can now enjoy high-quality entertainment without leaving the area, while also drawing new audiences. The summer events will conclude with a concert by Idan Amadi and Ben Zor at the Sultan's Pool in Jerusalem, organized specifically for Benjamin residents.
