Naftali Bennett, chairman of the Yachdav party, announced on Tuesday the addition of four women to the party list: Bruria Naim, Esti Kovo, Attorney Orly Harel, and Olesya Kantor. With these new members, the party now includes 17 women. Bruria Naim serves as the party's CEO and has been with Yachdav since its founding. Esti Kovo is a former head of Israel's economic delegation to China and has extensive experience in economic diplomacy. Attorney Orly Harel leads the party's women's division and is an entrepreneur specializing in generative artificial intelligence and medicine. Olesya Kantor heads the party's Russian-speaking division and is a noted philanthropist.

Bennett described the new additions as a "significant boost" to the party's "team for Israel's repair," highlighting their diverse expertise and leadership. He emphasized that Yachdav's female majority is based on merit, not gender quotas, stating, "We decided to bring in the best, men and women alike. Together, we will fix Israel."

Orly Harel is a lawyer with degrees from the Hebrew University and a recipient of the UK Department for International Trade's Women in Technology award. Bruria Naim has built the party's nationwide grassroots network and previously held senior roles in community relations and government ministries. Esti Kovo, born in Ethiopia and an immigrant to Israel, holds degrees in law and diplomacy and has represented Israel in numerous international economic forums. Olesya Kantor is a social entrepreneur who founded the "Lev Esh" initiative to support survivors of the October 7 massacre and mothers of bereaved families, and she was named one of the 50 most influential Jews worldwide by The Jerusalem Post.

These appointments reflect Yachdav's commitment to diverse leadership and social activism as it prepares for upcoming political challenges.
