David Mozes continues to impress playing for Israel's youth basketball team in a tournament in China, leading the team to top their group stage. His agent, Hanokh Mintz, spoke on Sport 5's "5 BaAvir" program on July 27, 2026, highlighting Mozes' promising future and NBA potential. Mintz recounted Mozes' challenging start at age 13 when he was overlooked and barely allowed to play at Hapoel Holon, emphasizing how far he has come since then.

Mintz praised Mozes' versatility as a forward capable of playing multiple positions and his strong offensive skills, while noting areas for improvement such as increasing his average blocks per game. Despite interest from major Israeli clubs Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Tel Aviv, Mintz stated they declined offers from these teams, focusing instead on Mozes developing his weaknesses before joining a top club.

Regarding Mozes' college choice in the United States, Mintz explained that although larger programs like Duke showed interest, they preferred he start at a smaller college to grow steadily. He also contrasted Mozes' slower development path with that of fellow Israeli NBA player Deni Avdija, underscoring that each player's journey is unique and that Mozes' potential remains the priority.

Mintz concluded by reaffirming their goal for Mozes to become a complete player ready for the NBA, with financial considerations secondary to his development and success on the court.
