Content Creator Alexa Dol Sparks Controversy Over Antisemitic Conspiracy Post

Alexa Dol, known for her appearances on Israeli reality shows "The Amazing Race" and "Survivor," has recently been sharing lifestyle changes on social media, which she calls "exiting the matrix." Her posts include quitting news consumption, adopting a specific diet she terms "high vibration food," and practicing grounding and energetic cleansing of her living space. While these posts have drawn mixed reactions, a recent post caused significant backlash. In it, Dol shared an image resembling a "root tree" conspiracy chart claiming that media and public opinion are controlled by groups including "the Zionists," alongside the Rothschild and Rockefeller families. She captioned the post by criticizing news media as "99 percent mind control, fear, lies, and narratives supporting certain interests," calling the news "the matrix."

Many followers condemned the image as aggressive antisemitic propaganda. Comments highlighted the antisemitic and anti-Zionist nature of the conspiracy theory, with one user comparing it to propaganda from 1938. Influencer Maya Dagan also responded with an Instagram video questioning whether Dol and her followers were accepting blatant antisemitic conspiracy theories. Dagan pointed out the inclusion of "the Baal, the royal family, and the Rothschilds controlling world leaders," noting this rhetoric is reminiscent of dangerous historical myths.

Following the criticism, Dol deleted the controversial image and addressed the backlash in her Instagram story, calling it an innocent mistake. She said her intent was to emphasize how media manipulates public perception through fear and division, and claimed she did not notice the small print referencing Zionists. She acknowledged the problematic mention of families like Rothschild and Rockefeller and removed the post once she realized it. When asked about Dagan's remarks, Dol wished her "much success."
