This approval allows the team to fully register all players starting with the Toto Cup matches and supports ongoing efforts to reinforce the squad with additional signings.

The club emphasized its awareness of fans' concerns regarding strengthening key positions, particularly defense and attack, and confirmed that management is actively working daily with the coaching staff to evaluate dozens of potential players. They have been in contact with agents both domestically and internationally to secure quality signings that meet the club's ambitions.

Although several high-level signings were close to completion, these deals fell through due to reasons beyond the club's control. Nevertheless, negotiations continue intensively, with several candidates still under consideration. The club expressed optimism about reaching agreements soon to enhance the team appropriately for the upcoming season in the Israeli Premier League.
