Gilad Golan, father of Lieutenant Colonel (res.) Sagie Golan who was killed defending Bari on October 8, 2023, spoke at a demonstration at Habima Theater. He recalled the warm smile his son showed when rescuing families, noting Sagie was buried just a week before his planned wedding with his partner. Gilad criticized systemic failures, stating that without government responsibility and the establishment of a legally mandated investigative committee, no improvements will occur in military systems or political decision-making.
