Football Fans Storm Navon Station in Jerusalem, Assault Security Guards

On Tuesday evening, dozens of football fans forcibly entered the Navon train station complex in Jerusalem after refusing to comply with security screening instructions, according to Israel Railways. The fans attacked security personnel at the station, with one guard being punched. The injured guard received on-site medical treatment and is reported to be in good condition. Police and Border Police forces were called to the scene to restore order, and a suspect involved in the assault was arrested. Israel Railways filed a complaint with the police and strongly condemned all acts of violence against its employees, emphasizing the seriousness of threats to public and staff safety.
