The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported that the captain of an oil tanker observed an impact from an unidentified object on the vessel's starboard side. This incident occurred approximately 64 kilometers northeast of Qalhat, Oman. According to the UKMTO statement, there were no injuries among the tanker’s crew members, and no environmental damage has been reported so far.
