Brazilian Influencer Dies After Falling From 27th Floor in Dubai Luxury Building

Kawana Bilar, a 26-year-old Brazilian social media influencer living in Dubai, tragically died after falling from the 27th floor of a luxury apartment building, Kavana Bilar, known for her Instagram presence with over 20,000 followers, was with her partner, Barbara Abarantes, at the time of the incident. Abarantes sent a distressed voice message to a friend after the fall and informed Bilar's family about her death. Dubai police have launched an investigation, considering various possibilities including accident, suicide, homicide, or gender-based crime, and are examining the crime scene and voice recordings. Bilar's mother expressed her grief on Instagram, saying, "Today you are no longer by my side as I dreamed, but you will live in me forever." Weeks before her death, Bilar had posted a photo with a large bouquet of roses and a cat, gifts from Abarantes, describing her partner as bringing one of the greatest joys to her life. Following the incident, Abarantes's Instagram account was deactivated. Bilar's content mainly featured luxury travel, designer brands, and life in Dubai.
