The ceremony, held at the Nebras Al-Zarqa Community Center, was attended by Judge Abdul Karim Ahmed Abbas of the Sharia Court of Appeal and Dr. Ghazal Abu Raya, who supervised the course. The training covered mediation skills, conflict diagnosis and analysis, the stages of mediation, the role of the mediator, and dialogue management techniques, including practical exercises and simulations of social issues.

The graduating group comprised individuals from diverse professional and social backgrounds within Jisr Az-Zarqa, reflecting the initiative's aim to build broad community partnership and promote a culture of dialogue, mediation, and conflict resolution. Participants Saber Shihab, Khalil Sadeq, and Iyad Jarban expressed their gratitude to the organizers and instructors for their professional guidance and support. The activity was funded by the Public Security Department of the Jisr Az-Zarqa Local Council to support community initiatives promoting dialogue, reconciliation, and civil peace.
