Alaa al-Din Bashir, a senior paramedic with MDA's motorcycle unit, described the scene, stating, "When we arrived, we saw a motorcyclist lying on the road after being hit by a vehicle, with clouded consciousness and suffering from multi-system trauma. We provided him with medical treatment, including stopping bleeding and administering medication, and evacuated him by MDA's intensive care unit to the hospital with his condition serious and stable."
