Singer Eden Ben Zaken and Husband Buy Luxury Villa for $5.4 Million

Israeli singer Eden Ben Zaken and her husband, Shuki Biton, have purchased a luxurious villa in the Rishon LeZion neighborhood of Nachalat Yehuda. Real estate agents estimate the property's value at approximately 20 million shekels (about $5.4 million USD). The expansive residence reportedly features over ten rooms and a private swimming pool. The couple, who are currently residing temporarily in Tel Aviv, are undergoing extensive renovations on the villa and plan to move in with their two children next month.

This acquisition follows closely on the heels of another significant real estate transaction for the couple. Just four days prior, their previous luxury penthouse in Rishon LeZion, listed for 18 million shekels, was rented out to the well-known singer Sasson Shaulov. Shaulov will occupy the 420-square-meter property, which boasts two large balconies and a sea-view swimming pool, for tens of thousands of shekels per month until a buyer is found.

These residential investments are part of a broader expansion of Ben Zaken and Biton's business portfolio. They recently acquired a two-story holiday home in a luxury project in the suburbs of Dubai for approximately 4 million shekels. Additionally, they have entered the local food service market, investing about 10 million shekels in a large branch of the kosher Italian chain "Luciana" in Rishon LeZion.

In parallel with her business ventures, Ben Zaken's name recently surfaced in a political controversy. Her performance at the Menora Mivtachim Arena drew widespread criticism when Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his wife, Sara, made a surprise appearance. Netanyahu even took the stage to deliver a political message, which angered some audience members who felt the paid cultural event was turned into a propaganda rally.
