The Police Investigations Department (MAHAש) filed an indictment against the officer in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. The charges stem from an incident on the night of June 10, 2025, when the officer responded to a call at a foreign national's apartment in Tel Aviv. Without legal grounds, he allegedly handcuffed the woman and took her to the station, where she was held for several hours without interrogation.
