Gadi Eisenkot, chairman of the Yisrael! party, presented the action plan and objectives for the "change bloc" of parties in the coming days following a meeting of their leaders. Eisenkot stated that the parties are coordinated and prepared, with two main goals: forming a national emergency government based on four principles, and recognizing Hamas as a terrorist organization to be destroyed. The four principles include a Jewish, democratic, and liberal State of Israel, the values of the Declaration of Independence, and the obligation of military, national, and civil service.

Eisenkot announced that negotiation teams will begin working on common policy guidelines and legislative actions in the Knesset, such as electing a new Knesset speaker, passing important legislation, and canceling laws that endanger democracy. He pledged to act quickly to prevent new elections and what he described as Netanyahu's continued hold on power, noting that Benjamin Netanyahu is now a caretaker prime minister with the support of only 46 Knesset members.

Eisenkot also criticized the Likud and Netanyahu, accusing them of attempting to undermine the election results and of resorting to "ugly and false spins and briefings." He drew a parallel to the upcoming anniversary of the assassination of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, vowing to stand firm against violence, incitement, and the erosion of democratic foundations. Eisenkot concluded by asserting the bloc's determination and commitment to the citizens and the State of Israel, warning that anyone attempting to intimidate them underestimates their resolve.
