Renewable energy company Enlight has reported another strong quarter, leading it to raise its annual forecast for the second consecutive time. In the third quarter, the company's revenues surged by 40% year-over-year to $231 million. Adjusted EBITDA also saw a significant increase of 38%, reaching $154 million.

This growth was primarily driven by new projects contributing $21 million in revenue and a doubling of electricity trading operations in Israel, which added $17 million. However, net profit rose by only 6% to $34 million, impacted by a one-time $20 million provision for canceled U.S. power supply agreements due to failed price renegotiations.

Following these operational improvements, Enlight has updated its 2026 revenue forecast to $810-$830 million, representing a 41% increase from the previous year. The adjusted operating cash flow forecast was also raised to $575-$590 million, a 33% improvement over 2025.

The company boasts a substantial project pipeline of 6.4 gigawatts of generation capacity and 21.7 gigawatt-hours of storage, totaling 12.7 weighted gigawatts. Approximately 31% of this pipeline is operational, generating $810-$820 million annually. Another 44% is under construction, expected to yield about $1 billion annually upon completion, with the remaining 24% slated for construction within the next 12 months.

Geographically, 41% of Enlight's operational projects are in the U.S., 34% in Europe, and 25% in Israel. During the quarter, the company added two new projects in Croatia and Israel. Significant progress is being made on the CO-Bar project in Arizona, a $2.6 billion undertaking involving solar and storage facilities with a total capacity of 2.4 weighted gigawatts, scheduled for phased operation from late 2027 to mid-2028. Additionally, two storage projects totaling 249 weighted megawatts are under construction in Israel.

Despite the U.S. holding the largest share of its operational project pipeline, Israel currently accounts for a larger portion of revenue. In the third quarter, Israel contributed $99 million (a 27% increase), largely from electricity trading via Enlight Enterprise. The U.S. generated $80 million, though this represents a 90% surge year-over-year, with expectations of continued growth as U.S. projects advance. Over the first nine months of 2026, U.S. revenues more than doubled to $234 million, while Israeli revenues grew 39% and European revenues increased by 14%.
