Israeli police launched a large-scale operation on Tuesday morning in the city of Umm al-Fahm, targeting Arab crime organizations. The operation is overseen by Commander of the Coastal District Yechiel Bohnadana, alongside Head of Lahav 433 Boaz Balt, Commander of the Menashe region Roni Faras, and Roi Kahlon, head of the Staff for Combating Crime in Arab Society in the Prime Minister's Office.

Hundreds of police officers, Border Police forces, and economic and civil enforcement officials raided the city and its surroundings. The police stated the operation's goals are to "locate and arrest perpetrators of crime and violence, harm the economic infrastructures that fuel crime, strengthen governance, and ensure public safety."
