The Likud party is continuing its efforts to challenge the results of the recent elections, despite assurances from the Chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Judge Noam Sohlberg, who stated that the Knesset elections were conducted properly. The Likud party expressed confusion regarding Sohlberg's statements, particularly his assertion that serious suspicions of foreign funding exist but will not impact the election outcome before an investigation concludes. This suggests a continued internal dispute within the Likud regarding the validity of the election process and the handling of alleged financial irregularities.
