A major concert featuring seven Israeli stars, including Eyal Golan and Eden Ben Zaken, is scheduled to take place at the Pais Arena in Jerusalem just two hours after the conclusion of the highly anticipated Jerusalem Derby between Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Jerusalem. The football match at Teddy Stadium is expected to draw 30,000 spectators, while the concert is anticipated to attract 11,000 attendees. This scheduling has ignited anger among officials from Hapoel Jerusalem, who are questioning how the Jerusalem Municipality approved such a large-scale event so close to a major sporting fixture. They expressed concern about potential traffic chaos and the impact on public transportation, noting that the light rail stops before the arena on days with sold-out events. The officials described the situation as a "big circus," especially given that the derby is the league's main match of the week. The concert is set to begin immediately following the end of the football game.
