Hundreds of local residents gathered in Phuket, Thailand, for a large rally titled "Return Our Thailand," protesting alleged foreign-owned businesses and shell companies operating illegally. Protesters claim these activities harm locals' livelihoods and the island's tourism.

One protest leader, Saichol Noochnet, called for the expulsion of what he termed the "Israeli network" in Thailand. Organizers accuse Chabad and other Israeli entities of illegal business practices and asset seizure, though these broad claims have not been substantiated by local authorities.

Among the attendees was Sondhi Limthongkul, a prominent political figure and former leader of the "Yellow Shirts" protest movement. This rally follows a similar demonstration in September outside a Chabad house in Patong, which also featured anti-Israel and anti-Jewish sentiment.

Authorities have warned that asset freezes and forced land sales could occur if legal violations are discovered. Currently, no assets have been seized, and no criminal charges have been filed against the Rabbi in connection with the company investigations. Chabad has stated they are pursuing legal avenues regarding the citizenship revocation and that Chabad houses in the country continue to operate normally.
