Additionally, the strike eliminated Ibrahim Jihad Muhammad Abu Ashiba, a Hamas military wing platoon commander. The IDF stated that these terrorists had been advancing terror tactics against Israeli forces and civilians, working to rebuild Hamas's capabilities and systematically violating ceasefire agreements.
