The suspect, who is married with children, allegedly engaged in conversations with dozens of individuals globally regarding sexual offenses against minors, and even against their own children. In some instances, he reportedly encouraged men and particularly women to sexually abuse children, document these acts, and send them to him for his sexual gratification.
The Cyber Department of the State Prosecutor's Office announced its intention to file an indictment against the Jerusalem resident in court yesterday.
