As the vote count for the 26th Knesset elections nears completion, significant shifts in seat allocation have emerged. With 97.3% of votes tallied, the Likud party has gained one seat, reaching 27, while Shas has lost a seat, dropping to six. This change means Erez Tadmor will become a Knesset member.

The results represent a dramatic decline for Shas, which secured 11 seats in the 2022 elections. Under the current figures, the party led by Aryeh Deri has lost nearly half its parliamentary strength in four years. Conversely, Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud has strengthened its position, securing 27 seats in the upcoming Knesset.

Other parties' standings show Yishar, led by Gadi Eisenkot, as the second-largest party with 21 seats, followed by Yachad, led by Naftali Bennett, with 12 seats. The Joint List is projected to receive 11 seats, while Democrats and Ra'am each have eight. Israel Beiteinu, Otzma Yehudit, and Yahadut HaTorah are each expected to win seven seats.

The party HaMeylim VeHaKalkalit, led by Yoaz Hendel, remains below the electoral threshold of 3.25%, with 2.69% of the vote, meaning its members will not enter the Knesset. Am Israel party also failed to pass the threshold with 1.65% of the vote.

The bloc picture remains undecided, with the current coalition holding 53 seats and the "change bloc" at 48. Neither bloc has reached the 61-seat majority required to form a government independently. The Central Elections Committee stated that claims of irregularities are unfounded.
